2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Independently make decisions within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving processes.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent verbal and written communication.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare products for delivery.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
