2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Reorganize merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
