2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers can enjoy our offerings. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and receive thorough training to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Capacity to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
