2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that merchandise is handled with care and precision.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
