2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely shipments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock promptly to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in meeting budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics and collaboration.
• Exhibit positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and able to perform within team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication abilities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds of product.
• Engage in various physical tasks in warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
