Position: 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse employees work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating industrial equipment.
