2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift

2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
