2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse team.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts with consecutive weekdays off.
• Schedule C: rotational Saturday and Sunday shifts with weekday off.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and loading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in inventory counts and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and standing for long periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
