2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on schedule differentials. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to improving warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and positive work ethic in line with ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
