Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations, ensuring timely stock fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Reposition merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Offer suggestions for process improvements to warehouse management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
