2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a well-known company in the retail industry. As a full-time team member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating weekend shifts with weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend with weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and fulfilling orders.
• Merchandise handling and preparation for shipment.
• General cleaning and warehouse maintenance.
• Inventory management and communication with team.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Quality and safety awareness.
• Collaborative and positive attitude.
• Efficiency and goal-oriented.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and operating equipment.
• Working in varied temperatures and environments.
