2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, driving for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures.
