2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers have access to high-quality goods. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to meet store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
