2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work with attention to detail both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
• Frequent movement and physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
