2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered accurately to our stores. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be an integral part of our team in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.
• Provide input to improve warehouse operations and achieve set goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in work performance.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capabilities to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
