2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing and organizing stock to fulfill orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
