2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
