2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM and involves different schedule options such as A1, A2, B, C, and D.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
