Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise to ensure timely and accurate product fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Move and organize merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unloading.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report product quality or safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Understands and applies company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various warehouse conditions and operate industrial equipment.
