2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker for Aldi, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 3:00 PM, and various schedule options are available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, basic math, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
