2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse stockers play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to ensure timely deliveries to our stores. Additionally, you will collaborate with the warehouse management team to enhance processes and maintain a high standard of warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Work in various temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
