2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. The position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) and an average of 30-35 hours per week. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM with various schedule options available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgetary goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
