2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a key part in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, our team members work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and safety programs to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and evaluate product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in varying warehouse environments.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
