Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks, including stock handling, merchandise organization, and warehouse maintenance. This position requires attention to detail, physical agility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperature environments.
