2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM with various schedule options available to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and impact on store operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Show resilience, drive for success, and efficiency in task execution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and physical demands.
• Operate with attention to detail in a team environment.
