2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
