2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM, and various schedules are available to suit different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
