2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting at $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through general cleaning.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operate equipment properly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work within a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
