2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a warehouse package handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse. Your duties will include sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
