2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. As a package handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
