Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in the efficient selection, relocation, loading, and unloading of merchandise to ensure timely deliveries to our stores. Our warehouse teams work diligently in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following detailed safety and training protocols to guarantee success.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
  • Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Cooperate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report product quality and safety concerns.
  • Operate equipment according to established procedures.
  • Assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of interpreting and applying company policies, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
  • Frequently move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
