2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is advantageous.
