Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and relocating stock, loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
