2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
