Job Description

Job Type
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
- Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
- Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts
- Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes
- Inspect product quality and safety
- Act independently within assigned responsibilities
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrated concern for quality and safety
- Collaborative and positive attitude
- Drive for success and efficiency
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
- Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries
- Work in varying temperatures
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment
