2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties, including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
