2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of the operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
