2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling various tasks from receiving incoming stock to preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to efficiently organize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
