Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dedicated team at ALDI. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse, including stock selection, merchandise organization, shipment preparation, and inventory management. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
