Job Title: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning and maintains warehouse appearance standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Notifies management of issues and performs other assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success.
• Interprets and applies company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifts and places products up to 45 pounds.
• Prepares products for delivery and operates powered industrial equipment.
