Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious and collaborative team player.
• Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Efficient in organizing and executing tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
