Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards. You will collaborate with peers and leadership, communicate effectively, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
