1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour (based on shift differentials).

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving performance goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures accordingly.
