1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse worker, your role will involve efficiently stocking, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise to fulfill store orders. You will play a crucial part in maintaining warehouse appearance, inventory counts, and communication with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean the warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize with efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various warehouse conditions.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
