1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to excellence in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
