Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, contributing to maintaining high standards and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperature environments.
