1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with various shift options available. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure optimal operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent movement, bending, reaching, and working in varying temperatures.
