Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Interact collaboratively with team members and management to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods.
