Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is handled and delivered with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move, organize, and load merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
