1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our warehouse operations at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position offers competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour, part-time hours, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication skills.
